The Challenge
The main challenge was creating a system that could handle complex eligibility criteria, ensure fair distribution of aid, prevent fraud, and provide complete transparency to stakeholders while maintaining beneficiary privacy.
The Approach & Solution
I developed a comprehensive assistance management platform using Django that includes beneficiary registration with verification workflows, automated eligibility assessment, distribution tracking with digital signatures, financial reconciliation and reporting, and public transparency portals. The system includes fraud detection mechanisms and comprehensive audit trails.
