The Approach & Solution
I developed a comprehensive SPM monitoring platform using Django that includes automated assessment tools with customizable criteria, improvement planning and tracking workflows, real-time monitoring dashboards, comprehensive reporting for different stakeholders, and integration with national SPM frameworks. The system features predictive analytics for identifying potential compliance issues.
