Project Overview
The Inspektorat Kab. Bogor Web Portal was developed as a comprehensive digital platform for the Inspector General's office of Bogor Regency. The portal serves as the primary channel for citizen engagement, complaint management, and transparency initiatives, featuring a modern PWA-enabled design for mobile and desktop access.

The Challenge
The main challenge was building a government portal that balanced public accessibility with secure complaint handling and whistleblower protection. The system needed to handle sensitive complaint data with proper anonymization, implement multi-level complaint routing to the appropriate work units, and provide a user-friendly interface for citizens with varying levels of digital literacy while maintaining compliance with government regulations.
The Approach & Solution
I developed a comprehensive portal using Laravel 11 with features including public complaint submission with status tracking, a separate whistleblowing system (WBS) with enhanced anonymity, consultation service booking, satisfaction surveys with customizable questions, news/article management with categories and tags, regulation document management, image galleries, partner (mitra) management, short URL generation, Google reCAPTCHA v3 for spam protection, and social login via Google OAuth. The portal was built as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for enhanced mobile experience.
