The SIP JabFung GBPNS project was developed for Indonesia's Ministry of Education to manage the functional positions and career paths of over 3 million teachers and education staff nationwide. The system serves as the official platform for tracking promotions, certifications, and professional development for the country's teaching workforce.

The Challenge
The main challenge was creating a system that could handle the complex career progression rules and assessment criteria for different teaching positions while managing data for millions of educators. Additionally, we needed to implement secure workflows for promotion approvals across multiple administrative levels and integrate with existing civil service systems.
The Approach & Solution
We developed a comprehensive position management system using PHP with a focus on workflow automation and data integrity. The system includes sophisticated career path mapping, automated eligibility calculations for promotions, digital assessment workflows with multi-level approvals, and comprehensive reporting tools for workforce planning.
