Project Overview
Single-handedly developed a comprehensive Coding Interview Platform for Ruangguru's technical hiring process. As the company scaled rapidly, the existing manual coding assessment process became a bottleneck, limiting the number of candidates that could be evaluated and extending the hiring timeline. This project was identified as a key achievement in boosting recruitment efficiency across the organization.

The Challenge
The primary challenge was creating a secure, reliable platform that could handle code execution in multiple programming languages while preventing security vulnerabilities. Additionally, I needed to ensure seamless integration with the existing ATS (Lever) to maintain a smooth candidate experience and provide meaningful analytics to the recruitment team, all while working independently on this critical project.
The Approach & Solution
I developed a custom platform that supports code execution in sandboxed environments for multiple programming languages including Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Java, and Go. The system includes automated test cases, plagiarism detection, and performance metrics. I implemented a secure API integration with Lever ATS to automate the candidate invitation and result reporting process, ensuring a streamlined workflow for the recruitment team.
