Project Overview

Successfully led a team of 3 developers on CleverTap research and integration as a data tracking system for SweetEscape. This project was initiated to give the company deeper insights into user behavior and conversion patterns across their digital platforms. As the company scaled, they needed more sophisticated analytics to inform product decisions and marketing strategies. This project was highlighted as a key achievement in increasing sales through better analytics.

The Challenge

The main challenge was implementing a comprehensive tracking system that could capture meaningful user interactions across web and mobile platforms without impacting performance. Additionally, we needed to ensure data consistency across platforms and create actionable insights that could drive business decisions. As the team lead, I was responsible for coordinating research efforts and ensuring the integration met all business requirements.

The Approach & Solution

I led the research on various analytics platforms and selected CleverTap for its comprehensive features and scalability. Our team implemented a custom event tracking layer that standardized data collection across platforms and integrated it with the company's existing systems. The implementation included user journey mapping, conversion funnels, cohort analysis, and automated segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns. I coordinated closely with the Data Analyst team to ensure the system provided the insights they needed.
